Just ordered one of these for my 360. The old Winn filter assemblies are on longer supported. The electric primer is a very handy option.

Diesel-filters.com is a good source for a lot stuff but this place had a better price with free shipping.

So does the electric primer fill the bowl with fuel after a filter change?

That the purpose. You can you can change all the filters, injector lines, HP pump... This will purge the air and prime the entire system.
