At my current pace, I would guess by around 2017! But then my good lady wife has us booked for a short trip in mid-August.

We got the transmission in today, following a day of rest (and too much celebratory beer ) yesterday, but now, naturally, I begin a crazy travel period, but hopefully with the longer days, I will be able to spend a few evening bolting bits-and-bobs in place and so start to get Ethyl back into road worthy shape.

As ever, watch this space, but do not hold your breath!

The chassis came to the AS factory with the engine installed then they put the body around it. Going out the front is a lot easier on the 77 and later coaches than it is on 76 and earlier.

If you have the ability to lift the coach high enough going out the bottom shouldn't be to bad. The suspension saddle is held in place by 3 or 4 bolts (don't remember the exact amount) on each side. You would need to research just what you would have to do with the radiator, and other components to be sure.

Personally I thought pulling from the front wasn't all that difficult. I've done it three times and other than time consuming it wasn't hard. There are a lot of threads on Airforums showing how people have accomplished the task.
