Wayne, needless to say I'm impressed!

Got the module today and the whole package is just nothing short of impressive. Now we need to figure out what else we can send your way for redesigning and upgrading.....

Thanks!

Brad

Installation doesn't really worry me. It'll just get added to the long list of things to do

Would you consider business class and a guest room with meals and an open bar?

My control arrived today, very impressive. Thanks Wayne

Sounds tempting, but I think the open bar would eliminate any advantage of me helping, it could make things worse
I can help you here in text or over the phone if you really get stuck.

The basic module swap is easy as long as you can easily get to the old one and you can verify the OEM wire colors and match them with my wires.

The V2 wiring is a bit more involved, but still fairly easy.

I would say the hardest part is either pulling the dash completely or working in the tight space with the dash tilted out.

BTW, dont forget you should have a tilt steering wheel, I did the first time I pulled the dash. Lots more room with the wheel down

I guess it's fear of the unknown. I have spent way too much time behind the dash of my 280 which has the earlier style dash, the 345 will be the beginning of a new learning experience. The 345 was sold as an empty shell with the Cummins/Allison and I assume it has the fluid monitoring system but until I actually lay eyes on it, that is just an assumption.

We are going camping next week in the 280 so my time is spoken for until we return home. It's hard to have the new toy just sitting there and not being able to play with it.

The PC board maker is shipping 3 more boards to me and they will be here Saturday. I cant do any building until next week.
I have promised one to Cole3444, that leaves 2 available.
Again, I would prefer to give everyone a chance to own one before serving second helpings. If I get more than 2 requests I may have to pull names out of a hat.

I can build these as V1 or V2, you need to specify what version for your request.
After these 3, I am taking a break until fall. I will need to restock components, and I need to find a new source of harness wire.

OK, your name is on the last one for this batch.
I am reserving the last one in this batch as a spare in case anyone has problems and needs a swap-out
