Tricky Antenna Crank Handle Removal - 1964

Any suggestions on how to remove the antenna crank from the inside wall? Found set screw at end of handle but it frozen in place.

Mine fell off by accident one day. The handle is secured to the shaft by a tiny set screw. The handle also secures a spring that presses the antenna twist locking grip used for rotating the antenna. Removing the set screw and the handle, spring, and twist grip all slide down off the shaft.

Thanks Kscherzi, but there lies in the problem, small set screw is frozen, rusted, seized, to the body of handle. Can't get enough torque using correct size screw driver up against the skin to break it loose. Also not enough room to get drill up against skin at proper angle to try and drill out set screw, Trying not to destroy handle in the process of removal. Thanks for additional breakdown of assembly.

Was able to push back skin and drill old set screw out without ruining handle. Will have to drill and tap handle to re-use, thanks everyone for viewing this and trying to help.
