tires and UV

I know with the expense of new tires, that dry rot is a concern.
I have seen UV protection for tires at the RV stores, but somewhat pricey.
Turtle wax has a new" liquid tire wax "with UV protection, I just found at the local parts place, only 4.99 a bottle. Hope it works well!!
I have used "black again" in the past, but it is strictly a cosmetic.
