If anyone has some ideas on designs to repaint the spare tire cover, maybe you could post a photo. I have seen a few different looks, and mine, which is pewter grey with the Airstream vinyl black and silver design, and logo in the upper middle. My vinyl is peeling, and I thought of repainting the whole tire cover, eliminating the vinyl, keeping the logo.

I'd like to get a new decal, as mine is peeling as well. Where can I get one? I suppose that Airstream sells them, but maybe someone knows a cheaper route.

what part is peeling we got some new vinyl for that as well as along the upper sides full length of MH.

It's the whole round Airstrean logo on the rear spare tire cover as in Alan's pic above...it's just peeling away and looks bad. Someone told me I could go to a sign shop and have one custom made.

i tryed to get one two years ago not avail from big daddy in ohio. my tire cover was painted and dont look too bad. liked the silver and black stick on but couldnt get one..

Try www.e-Decals.com. They can custom make anythng in a vinyl decal. They just need to know the size, color and graphic that you want.

THANKS all. Mine has the black vinyl background, with a silver design and an Airstream logo. I think I will repaint the grey of the cover itself, and peel the old vinyl off, then look at it with out the vinyl and see where I want to go with it...,might be ok with a painted circle of black around the logo...
