Second AC

I have a 1979 29 motor home with 1 AC in the middle. I would like to add a second AC in the front roof vent. My question is there a power supply wire there or do I need to run a new line. Steve Fennema

I don't know the answer, but would guess motorhome doesn't have wiring, since everything I'm able to find doesn't show that the 29ft model offered 2nd A/C.

How many BTUs is your current unit? Our 30ft Classic Slide Out trailer came with a 13K BTU unit which we traded for a 15K BTU and it was a huge improvement.

2 ac

Thank for your response it has a old 13.5 AC. I took the dash AC out cost to much to fix so I thought a second AC would cool the front. I will try the 15 BTU I will let you all know next summer. Steve Fennema
