resale price of 33' vs 30' land yacht

Hi, I am new to this, so please overlook any mistakes or silly questions. I am looking at a 33' 2004 land yacht, very low mileage (9200), excellent condition. When searching the web, I didn't find any comparable for sale, but did see several 30' units with a slide out, most of them priced significantly higher than the one I am considering. When I checked the NAPA pricing, the 30' units are much higher value than the 33', even though the original prices were similar. Anyone know the reasons for this? Is there a problem with the 33' land yachts. I can't imagine the slide out makes that big of a difference in the resale price when it didn't on the original price.

If your 33' does not have a slide and the 30's do I would say that is the difference. I only base this on general RV pricing. Slides are very desirable to most folks, and seem to command a different price.
