Rear bumper not level

The right curb side end seems to be a tad lower than the driver side, by maybe an inch or so. There is a warble in the skin above it so one would think that end would be higher, but no. The PO said it only looked like it was lower due to the angle of the drain pipe, but if compared to the trim above the bumper, more space is seen above the right end. Since i bought it this way, I guess I'll leave it for now.

the bumper is held on with 4 screws. Two on the top and two on the bottom. The bumper itself does not look bent. The frame rail ends it is mounted on are not aligned. TO straighten this out would require taking the MH to a shop that has a frame straightening machine, pulling the bumper and having them even out the rail ends. The thing that makes me wonder is that normally there is a large steel plate that spans the distance between the rails If the DR side rail is that much higher I would want to check the welds on that plate before I towed anything. The hitch is welded to that plate.

Park it on a fairly level lot and measure from the frame rails to the ground on each side. Like Brett said, the hitch attaches there and it is a pretty solid area, but make sure the hitch hasn't been tweeked.
