Where are you going to store anything?

Notice the flat panel TV on the wall?

They never mentioned anything about improvements to the engine and chassis. I guess you have to spend another quarter million for chassis improvements.

Not worth the $$$ spent in my opinion.

The wife saw it and didn't like the laminate.

To be honest, though, I'd much prefer the before interior. It had more class and character. I guess I'm more the simple kind of folk. I'm not impressed.

Imagine that rig at the state park....
I do like the aluminum corrugated ceiling and walls...this is the second coach I have seen lately with that treatment.

Interesting ideas....at least it shows what potential for design these cool motorhomes have...they will never be out of date or style.

That rig is really ugly. And all those designer names thrown in. Can't wait til it goes on ebay for 6,400.00
Let's hope the windows work, because out those is where all the money spend will end up.
I only spent 175,000.- on my interior and like it better.

I liked the interior of my $3500 piece of junk that rattled so loud I couldn't hear the radio when I drove it home better. And the $$$$ for that, with laminate counter tops? Not even close to realistic.

They've definately come up with a retro look. It looks just like the photos of the WWII era student-housing quonset hut my folks lived in 1955 when I was born. Same corrugated arched walls/roof, same bright orange furniture... Wow... now I can tell my folks (who are now in their 70's) that their lifestyle was like living in a quarter-million dollar redecorating job today!!!

Maybe that was williamhenshall's rig, you know the guy who was really bummed on getting his 100 plus K out of his Classic?? I am sure they didn't drop a dime into the mechanicals, it will probably end up sitting in some yuppie's backyard as a pool cabana or something!

I saw the photos of William's coach, and it was beautiful. They really did a very nice job with it. I'm just not convinced that I'd want to travel in something that looks like a 1930 Ford Tri-Motor airplane inside!

that motor home interior kinda reminds me of the inside of a culvert pipe, only the ribs run the wrong way.

I think that "paint" is one of the "new-age" laminates that Wilsonart has recently released. I ran into some images of them when I was looking for laminate for my couch conversion.

I'm just not convinced that I'd want to travel in something that looks like a 1930 Ford Tri-Motor airplane inside!

I have flown in a TriMotor and it has more class than this rig. I especially liked the varnished wicker passenger seats.

And rest assured that my comment was not meant to demean the Tri-Motor, which is a classic aircraft. However, like fried eggs, anything out of place is ugly. On a plate with bacon and toast, fried eggs are a thing of beauty. However, fried eggs on your new Armani suit are pretty ugly.

I kind of like Minneapolis Moline orange on their streamlined tractor, but I think it would be a little distracting in my living room.

The corrugated exterior of the Tri-Motor is distinctive and attractive. Putting it inside an Airstream motorhome makes it look like... well... as John said, the inside of a culvert!

Pahaska seems to be sentimental about a lot of stuff, no matter how ugly or unsafe they can be. For example; Scamp, Trailmanor, Trimotor, etc.,

Actually, the Ford TriMotor was probably one of the safest aircraft ever built. The one I flew in back in about 1960 was in daily use as a school bus ferrying kids from an island in one of the Great Lakes to school on the mainland. Built like a tank, fly on one engine, and land at not much more than a jog.

OTOH, I agree that any beauty in Scamps, TrailManors, and the like is definitely in the eye of the beholder.

The before pictures are not before pictures of the remodeled unit because I was in the pictured unit today! I own it and it is still the same.

The pictures must have been posted somewhere by the previous owner.

I like mine better than the remodel.
