Could have been snow or ice. Looks like a rebound fracture. Whatever hit it did not break the glass but the rebound of the window caused the circular cracks. I hit a cardinal going 130 MPH one time and it did leave a smear but no cracks. If there was a big thermal gradient in that area, it might crack like that but I don't think it would make a bang.

Several years ago I had a very large bird take out the windshield of my '98 Grand Cherokee. It hit so fast from a low angle that I never saw it coming, but did see the bird fly over the side of the rig in my mirrors. The pattern was very similar to the one in your photos. It left no guts, feathers or any trace on the glass or Jeep. I don't think it hit the Argosy, which I was towing at the time. I vote for bird impact.
