Motorhome Archives Update

I have added a Year / Length matrix to the site. It is correct back to 1986 per NADA. 1985 and earlier will need to be updated as new information folls in. ENJOY!

(1) Floor plans, Floor plans, Floor plans.....I need to add more floor plan diagrams

(2) I am missing a few models and years. I might remove a few that don't have good pictures if I find a better example.

(3) I also need a better handle on what years had the diesel engines. Some years had turbo and others didn't.

(4) I will also be upgrading the 'G2' (my term) section to better document the more conventional units (depending on your point of view).

Even though I have sold my 345, I still plan to keep up my site. I did get a faster PC this week which will make my work that much faster!

It seems interest in these units continues to build since none of these stay on the market for very long. The re-sale prices are still strong. I sold mine to a gentleman in England!

I'm infected.......................

Jellybean III was a previous owners nickname. You can see it under the paint inthe rear. I assume that one of the previous owners had a Jellybean I and a Jellybean II!

airstreammotorhomes.com

I have obtained more webspace and I am redesigning the site (no more frames). I hope to have the new site in the new location by June 1st (2004 ). The old site is still on the free space so access may be limited.

I have also obtained the url airstreammotorhomes.com for easier access.

Fred. Let me know if you need any help. I'm "in the business" so to speak and since I used your site soooooo much to research our MH purchase I would be happy to help pay you back in some small way.

PS - cool url.

OK. I've done most of the basic work of redesigning the site and moved it to the new location. I put a link on the old site to the new site. Hopefully no one will experience bandwidth problems on the new site. I eliminated the frames so users can link to other pages than the home page.

I have had many folks request to put the units for sale on my site. Now that I am not using the free geocities site, I can do that!

It is still not graphically impressive but please give me some time to polish it up.

Looks good. Getting rid of those frames (and geocities for that matter) was a good move.

I have finished to year and model pages. It works pretty nice now.

I have taken Steven up on his offer for help. He assisted in fixing some programming issues. Thanks!

Site traffic continues to pick up and I can monitor it better with the no-frames layout and new monitoring software.

I'm still open for archive donations if you have a unit not represented.

I have had over 30,000 hits in the first year of the new site. I have completed my move (that took 5 months) but I still have home repairs that take much of my time. I continue to add units for sale and to the archives. I will add more trailers as I get them. I still have tons of web space and bandwidth.

I shipped off the unit and never heard from him again! He never even confirmed that it arrived. odd.

Why not start a thread here at the forums? If you get enough interest, the moderators can start a section for you folks that drive on the left!

There are still a few Classic units that I show as missing from the archives.

1991 300
1990 325
1989 290
1987 300
1986 300
1986 270

If you have one of these units, please let me know. I'd love to get some pictures and information. I show these as existing from the NADA guide.

Do you have a few pics of the interior? That would complete my 1991 collection!
