Leaking TV antenna

I am getting a leak at the crank antenna. I have recaulked the exterior so I think I have eliminated that area. The gasket that went on the post that was about 5 inches tall has deteriorated and gone away. I suspect this is my leak area.
How do I fix that? Looks like the piece was installed when the assembly was put together with no way to replace it. Not to mention I would not know where to go to get the replacement gasket.

There should also be a cover over the gear set.
