Just an update...I'm still alive...lol...trying to get her running...
I've been tinkering with the possessed 370 trying to get her running after sitting up for years.I rebuilt the carb,drained the gas,replaced the filters and fuel hoses and discovered I don't have sufficient fire on the ford ignition system.I asked several folks around and the majority voted"get rid of the duraspark system" I opted for the ford/gm hybrid distributor I found brand new on fleabay for 45 bux and am just waiting on cooler weather to go install her and hopefully hear the old gal fire up after so long.

Ignition .. you can fix that!

BTW... there are some aftermarket like MSD which will really help.
