Is the Sliding Screen Door problem fixed?

I just bought a 2015 Grand Touring. It's in great shape but the original owner had some problems with the sliding glass door and threw it away out of frustration I guess. Now, I'm looking at replacing it to the tune of about $800. I've notice that in past there were a lot of issues with it coming off the tracks. My question is if that was resolved by Airstream in the newer models? Thanks!

I have a 2017 AI Touring with the sliding side screen door. My opinion is that AI still needs to do a little engineering/design refinement on the door:
1) sliding portion slaps against fixed portion - making irritating noise when traveling on less than perfectly smooth roads, and
2) sticker on screen door cautioning you to leave screen door in 'open' position when closing sliding door; otherwise, sliding door will damage screen door; this is counter intuitive! and it's a problem waiting to happen!

Thanks for the feedback. I looked at the door on a new model at the dealership. It looked a little loose to me but the dealer said that it had not been a problem. I can't bring myself to pay $800 for something that doesn't work like it should. Guess my expectations are too high, but it is an Airstream!

I'm going to have my dealer attempt to resolve the issue when I take the AI back in for service. He says that this is a common problem with the sliding screens and that they have a fix (I believe he said that they simply put a strip of felt along the parts of the frame that 'bump' into one another when traveling on rough roads). Will post status afterwards.
