Unhappy Front furnace not working

The fellow that I purchased the Moho from says the front furnace relay/circuit breaker was bad & he had ordered it and would send it to me. Still nothing from him. Does anyone know where the relay is located ? He showed me the relay and it looks like an automotive type with 2 blades that just slides in like any automotive type. It's really cold here in Mississippi so I would like to get it fixed asap. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not here, but would be interested to know as I have developed the same problem with my rear furnace.... right about the time I mentioned both worked with no issues.... darned airstream gods... decided to smote me for my arrogance and profaning against them for the coach's reliability.

Front furnace not working

The only circuitry for the furnace that I know of is the main control board. Open the outside cover and its sitting right there on the left. It contains the igniter, gas valve, motor control and timing functions. PPL has them and they run about $100. You will also get an updated version which is coated for better weather protection. I swapped the boards from the front to rear furnace to verify it was the problem. The front one had already been replaced with the updated version. It also a favorite place for mud dobbers. They built a nest over my flame detector and igniter. I believe the high voltage smacked the flame detector. It's a pretty easy job to get at it and swap it out.

Verify the part number before ordering but I believe this is the one I used.

There is also a DC voltage threshold below which they won't run. The old controller wouldn't work below about 11 volts.

Wasp problem

You could get a wasp screen from most any rv dealer to solve that type of a problem with bugs.
