Delam repair

I'm about to tackle some delamination repair on my sidewalls. Anyone have experience with either Composet or West systems epoxy kits?

West Systems epoxy is great, but may be overkill for the job you're doing. See this site for lots of articles on various projects. Be sure to pick the right hardener (example 205 vs. 206) for your expected temperature / application.

Thanks. I'm going to call them tomorrow. I'm redoing the walls inside & out & am not worried about overkill.

West systems is great stuff, get the slow hardener and don't lose count of your squirts when mixing.

Hi...you need to reach out to Pago Cruiser on this forum. He has experience with interior problems and shares lots of photos and solutions.

Delam

Yes I have read his posts. Also Gloran, Santart & a few others here & on other sites. Watched YouTube vids & demos. I'm using West Systems epoxy & slow hardener. Will be building some clamping panels tomorrow & gluing it up this weekend as it's supposed to be warm. Haven't decided on interior panels yet but looking at different stuff http://www.plyveneer.com/index-2.html. Maybe cork on the floors. Fingers crossed!

Spoke to West Systems & went to their local dealer. Got the 105 resin & 206 slow hardener. Going to do it this weekend while it's still warm here. Pics on post on land yacht side.
