I like to get a dask for my 82 MH. Can some one tell me how I can find one? (A good used one) I pulled the kill cable to hard one time and did a good job on it.
I would suggest you contact an RV surplus/salvage place and have them put it in their look for list..they can run it through a network of dealers like themselves and find one if possible.
Another idea is to find an interior refurbishment jobber who works with the truck and car dealers in your area, as they are capable of rebuilding the dash and recovering as needed, might even be cheaper than trying to reinstall a used one.
I agree with Alan about trying to rebuild your old one. When I pulled mine out it broke to pieces. It is a lot wider than the pillars for the windshield and time and the sun pretty well cooked it. They are pretty flexible when new but I think most of the older ones will probably need repaired once they are removed.
