Chance MH Meeting...

We were attending a soccer tournament in Panama City when we headed for the RV park for Saturday night. As we pulled into a spot, my son spotted an Airstream and wanted me to back out and move down closer to the other Airstream. As we moved down, we noticed that not only was it an Airstream but a MH! Wooow! We parked next to a 1988 325.

I didn't even have the engine shut off when the owner came out with that 5 year old child Christmas Day look on his face! We had a great evening talking to Don Johnson and his wife of Jacksonville, FL. Of course I pushed Airstreamforums and the April 2003 rally. He got real excited when I told him we had 7 units. He thought having two side by side was cool! He is really going to try to make it if he can. He really loved his coach and has taken great care of it. He wants to go across the country soon.

Some of the residents of the park who had seen his 325 in previous days were REALLY surprised to walk by and see TWO motor homes side by side.

We also get excited when traveling and finding any airstreams on the road, let alone a motorhome. We saw zero mh's in our 200 mile trek this summer. I did see the one for sale in N Georgia, and have since found an Argosy in our area....but slim chance meetings.
My kids have made it a spotting game to find Airstreams as we a riding down the highway.
