Best dual tire inflation method

Looking for a recommendation about dual tire inflation adapters.
I saw the camping stored has at least a 1/2 dozen dual tire inflation adapters.

I'm looking for an easier way to inflate the outer tire with has the stem pointing in toward the inner tire. The inner tire is fairly easy because it has a extended step the extends through the outer tire.

Before i pick one and try it, i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

You can purchase these at any auto store.


You can get fancier models with gauge and flex hose.
