84' 310 mh for sale

Just spoke to a gentleman who is selling his 1984 310 AS. has 115k miles, new interior, tires , radiator, runs strong, straight body. He is located in the SF bay area. He is asking $27,500.
I have a 1985 270 in great shape so I'm not looking and am not planning a collection. I am going to check it out Saturday. If you are interested I will take some digital shots.

I have had my 270 for 2 years now and love it! I have completely redone the interior, put on a banks power pack exhaust, rebuilt the refrigerator( new ones are all plastic), new awnings, tires etc. Looking at a complete solar system and a gear vender overdrive. I got bit by the bug bad.

hope that price is a general trend. It seems high, but if he gets it that would be a bonus to all of us owners. Would also make it hard to trade up
