24 footer in Malibu..mid February

Hi,
I saw a real nice and clean motorhome in Malibu in mid February (I'm just finding time to write...we have kids!!) It was just heading into the detail shop when I saw it in downtown Malibu. Maybe an early 80's or late late 70's model. It looked to be a 270 (? but I could be mistaken) Just wondering if the owner is on the forums.

I guess if it was a 270 it couldn't be a 24 footer...oh well!
