Unique Layout '64 Globetrotter

Has anyone out there ever seen a layout like this one. It is a '64GT with a folding front table and barrel chairs. I thought that '64GTs were only available with a front gaucho. Here's a picture for reference.

Looks like a creative PO to me...based on the upholstry, probably done in the seventies.

The ledge across the front looks original, ours had that before we converted our gaucho to a dinette. The table top looks alot like some of the fold-out ones used in the late 60's.
