specs
Hi Alicia and Scott,
I know that there is no manual for a '62. for sure.
By specs, do you mean size of black tank, water tank, water heater, frame rails, cushions, etc.? Or are you talking; weights, hitches, brakes, tires, axle?
I have a '62 Globie named Bubbles, she has not had her face lift as of yet...had to build a house for my grandson first...but if you need anything measured I would be happy to comply. I can even draw you a picture!!
The mechanicals are actually quite simple (when compared to a house).
Tanks need vented, water can only run downhill, have a gas fitter do any gas work, leaks probably do not originate where you see the water, and yes, EVERYTHING will probably need to be replaced/repaired, it IS over 50 years old after all.
You can actually see most of the pipes, vents, propane lines and tanks if you look in the cupboards.
If you still need an awning measure let me know.
There is a wealth of information on the other repair threads to help you cope.
All of that being said, I fall in love with her again each time I step in the door.
Leonie
