Segment Availability

We're looking at trying to pick up this 63 safari in exchange for our 66 overlander and I'm starting to create a punch list of what we need to budget for etc, and know that the rear end cap has a patch on it, I believe it is the segment just to the curb side from center (the corner of sorts) and I was wondering if these were still available or not. Saw some places had 69+ "wide body" segments but didn't see anything for 68 and prior.
