Hi Mark:

Your normal 41 S 1038 serial number indicates your Bambi II was built in Santa Fe Springs, California. The California 1964 Bambi II production numbers began at 1001, so yours is the 38th one built there. I don't have the ending production number, but do have 1112, so at least 112 (or 113) Bambi IIs were built in CA for the 1964 model year. Other Bambi IIs were built in Ohio. Enjoy your trailer!

# 41 S 1038
Thanks,
Mark
MARK, I think the First number 4=1964 the 1 I'm not sure of...could it really be a I= International trim package? The S= Santa Fe Springs, Ca. plant. The last four numbers = your coaches serial number. So it was the 38th one built in 1964. I think this is correct from all I've read. Ed
