So I spoke too soon.... I smashed my finger in the leg of the bed while pulling it out, the water heater pilot doesn't stay lit (at least it relights itself when needed) , and there's water dripping out of the belly pan. I emptied the grey tanks to rule them out first. If that's not it, I'll empty out my closet to look at the water heater, or I'll just keep the big purple box under there to catch the drips & look at it when I get home!

That hurts! How about if you soak it in those frigid gulf waters? They are surely impossible to swim in, being well below the normal 85 degrees that us 'locals' prefer...

Well, the water is like a bath compared to Lake Michigan most of the time! I met a tsunami here....not the real kind, but forum member "tsunami" Randy & Nancy. They're parked right on the beach in their pretty 2006 Safari. This campground is really nice!
The leak in the belly pan is somewhere in the city water inlet. Whew! At least the belly pan doesn't have to come off!

I found the leak source-- just the galley faucet water supply. It ran right down the wheel well & out the bottom. Also, the water heater is fine. I was looking for a pilot light & there isn't one! Ok, so I had a blonde moment!

Those dang drips can wander all over the place before showing up as a wet spot. Glad you found it.

Becky, what campground are you guys staying? I am going over to Foley, Al next week for a Unit 6 rally. If the weather holds out I plan on spending a few days closer to the beach.

It's called camp gulf. Website campgulf.com. We opted to stay off the beach because I wanted to have some reprieve from sand. The sites aren't huge, but are sufficient. I really love this place! Has 2 pools, hot tub, laundry, cable, full hookups, and right at the beach! I have my fishing pole out, my butt in a beach chair, and my trailer a little walk away. It doesn't get any better than this IMHO. :-)

Nice looking park. A bit rich for my blood I am afraid. I will have to keep it in mind for a "special" trip.

My sister just sent me this picture. She followed me on our trip to the Gulf & snapped this near our home. It's the old Lake County Court House in Crown Point, Indiana. Beautiful picture, I thought!

That is a cool photo. We like to stop in small towns and snap a few photos of the local buildings with a Stream in the foreground

Very nice picture! The vent in the back reminds me to ask how the ac is working out? Have you had a chance to use it in hot weather?

I used the ac in Florida as well as last summer when I was still doing some work inside. I have a 12v fan to circulate the air off the ceiling, which keeps things nice & evenly cool. It works really well! It's super quiet...I'm very happy with it.
