1964 Bambi II manual

Does anyone have a manual for a '64 Bambi II? I'm looking for information on my trailer to help me figure out a few things: 1) what is original equipment and 2) how to turn on/adjust the major appliances (i.e., furnace, refrigerator, hot water heater).

There is a 1965 Caravel owners manual and some appliance manuals on VINTAGE AIRSTREAM ARCHIVES which might have some helpful info.
