What does this switch operate? It is on the wall behind the sink in my 65 Caravel. I saved this baby from a GA deer camp am restoring.

It turns the water pump on.

Oddly enough, that switch in my caravel operates the roof vent fan. I don't have a water pump yet but it will be interesting to see if it also runs the pump.

Interesting, all of the Caravel's I've seen used that switch for the pump. The roof fan switch should be on the fan itself.

Thank you all for your prompt responses. This camper was vandalized at the deer camp where I found it and all the copper was cut off. Fortunately they did not cut all the wires coming from the converter box. They did cut the water pump wires and battery wires though so my pump is currently removed. Bets to all. Thanks again, Todd

1965 Cravel Rehab

Making significant progress on my rescued 65 Caravel. Posted a few new pictures under my profile. New 5 inch foam is AWESOME. I had it Dacron wrapped and it really makes the corners and edges nice for not much extra money. Amazing how small of a box a company can fit this much foam.

Boat Cushions, Foam, Mattress Replacement, Camper Chair Couch Filling

Floors arrive today. I am going with 5/16 Hardwood in Brazilian Mesquite. I put the same floor in my 1964 Tradewind project and it worked out fantastic..
