I suppose one could buy a Chevy and admire the Ford as well...but it seems like your heart may be telling you otherwise. Are there any rivets on the Wright Flyers? :-)

People will always have SOB's for one reason or another- cost, storage, room- believe it or not some people actually find Airstream trailers unattractive- the square shape and slides provide a lot more storage and walk-around room- I had one- it was an attempt to not want an Airstream anymore that didn't work-
It's no different than some folks preferring cats and some folks preferring dogs- for me it Airstreams and cats hands down- but that's just me- or the truck/no truck or 3/4 ton/1/2 ton thing- for me it's 1/2 ton (with 4 payments left)-
If you want to tow a SOB behind a 3/4 ton diesel and hang out around the fire with your dog I'll still be there right beside you and realize that there was a reason behind every decision/preference you made- same as me- and not have a conversation trying to justify/debase either decision/preference...
I have towed with 3/4 ton/1 ton, gas/diesel, GM/Ford, SOB/Airstream- I totally get it- both sides...
It's all good- just get out there and go camping-
I still say that cat (she?) looks like the Japanese beckoning cat that is at the counter of the Chinese restaurant-

The Aviator lines are cleaner looking than most SOB's and the solid metallic gray version is nicer than all the swooshes. The interior looks nice and contemporary, but what's with the poofy sheets over the front dinette windows? Seems like pull down blinds on tracks would be a little more practical.
