Will the EU200i power convection oven?

I have the Contour microwave convection oven , and a Honda EU2000i. The 2000 will run the microwave but not the convection. The numbers show a 2200 should run the convection oven with 18.3 Watts, 22 Watts peak, oven is 1500 watt.
Has anyone used this combination?
Thanks!

I apologize because I am going a little off topic on my reply. Answer? I don't like to use the convection side of my microwave convection oven on anything that needs the PREHEAT function. Preheating takes far longer than on a gas oven, and does a remarkable job of preheating the whole trailer! Seriously, I now drag out the Dutch oven and light the charcoal and bake outside over a fire or a Volcano grill. Made a cherry pie last fall that had three neighboring campers drooling when I pulled it out... trick to pie is use a trivet between the bottom of the dutch and the bottom of the pie pan... and per smartass kid sister, turn it upside down so there are only three tiny dark spots on the bottom of the crust. Getting the hot pie pan out of the hot Dutch oven? That nearly got dramatic. A coat hanger and a flexible spatula worked but was risky. Guess I will have to shop for some kin of new campfire cooking toy or use a 14 inch oven.

Check an Asian grocery store. They have a three legged grabber gadget designed to pull a hot steaming plate of food out of a steamer pot. It has hooks at the end of three long curved arms that open when you push a button at top center, slide the hooks below the plate, and release the button. It neatly grabs the edge of the plate so you can easily lift it out straight up. Tips are small and only need 1/4 inch clearance or so. No, I Han no clue what they are called. DW calls it a Chinese Grabber-Grabber gadget.

Any qualified Boy Scout Adult leader knows about flipping the trivet over when using one inside a Dutch oven...🤪

Mommy, that lady in the Airstream makes popcorn in a skillet! without a microwave! (Let me borrow your kids and show them a dairy farm ... bet the shock will put them off milk forever)

I like to use a deep heavy pot that I can shake.
The real trick is the aluminum pan “jiffy pop” popcorn thingie over a proper bed of coals. Then the “popcorn feeding frenzy” begins, usually at the half-way point of a 50-miler at Philmont Scout Ranch, when the only food the lads have been eating was dehydrated stuff for days...

If the numbers you quoted are correct (18.3 and 22) those are amps, not watts. 18.3 amps at 120 volts is 2196 watts; 22 amps is 2640 watts. When running on gasoline at sea level the Honda 2000 might supply 2196 for a limited time but not 2640. Throw in propane and/or altitude you will get less. So the convection oven is out with a 2000. Running on propane, my 2000 would run the AC in Salem with an EasyStart. It would not run the microwave on propane in Statesville, NC, but the converter was probably taking some power as I had been on batteries for a while.

You mentioned the Honda 2000 and the 2200. Which do you have? If I remember correctly the continuous rating of the 2000 is 1600 watts with a peak of 2000 for a short time. I'm guessing the 2200 is around 1800 with a peak of 2200. So, in my opinion, the 2200 will not run the convection oven due to the peak load.

Thank you for the course correction, Al, and for the detailed coverage!
