Yeah, this one isn't one I would buy long distance, sight unseen.

With all the windows missing there is bound to be water damage and those Corning windows are expensive to replace. But, if the price was right, you were able to check it out beforehand and you were up for the challenge....the body looks pretty good ~

Its a government auction and is super super cheap at the moment..was used as a forest service mobile office..kitchen/ bath removed etc

From the pictures, it looks like the tanks have been removed as well. The placed where the vent would come through the skin has been patched. With most of the windows broken out, I can only wonder what the inside looks like. It looks like a shell with bas axels to me.....

I'm trying to figure out what the vertical pipes, attached to the tongue at the front corners are? Any thoughts?

My thought was home built stabilizers? They're on the rear also.

OK all you west coasters...its resting in Willows CA, Mendocino National Forest. Looks like a serious project...bidding is at $200.00 and ends on July 25. Now Im letting everyone know be prepared for bidding to go higher..go to

Great Pumpkin is corect. They are stabilizers but I was told that AS offered them as an option then. I have seen a few on other vintage coaches so I doubt the are 'home built'. I have them on my '66 TW.
