My 2018 23FB is scheduled to roll off the assembly line in a few weeks. Fingers crossed.

I looked on Dexter Axle web site for dealers. Had a choice of two in the Portland, Or to Eugene, Oregon. Very satisfied with work. They did not charge and extra for having to relocate a gas line that was in the way.

Welcome to the 23FB owner team. That 2018 should be a nice coach. Pictures of pickup and mods, please. Enjoy and travel safe. Pat

We have had our 23FB 2017 Flying cloud since October and have been out in it a handful of times. So far we love it. We were previously pulling it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel and this worked just fine but yesterday we upgraded to a Ford F-250 platinum diesel. It's something my husband has wanted for a while. We may consider purchasing a larger Airstream when we retire so this will work with that upgrade.

Some non-negotiable that we considered before we purchased:
-queen bed
-bed that I could get out of without climbing over the husband
-large bathroom
-bathroom and toilet in one room (I'm not a fan of the split baths in general)

We went with the largest one we could afford that would easily pair with our TV ( although this is no longer an issue . We loved some of the smaller units but they seemed just a wee bit too small.
The dinette is not my favorite but everything else about the 23 is great. I actually like the double sink. I wash dishes in one side and rinse in the other. It's covered when not in use.

Anyway, I am glad to see a thread just for us!

To add to my previous post.... some upcoming trips we have planned:
Smoky Mountain National Park over Memorial Weekend. Our kids will be with us in tents.
Flagler beach in July
Jekyll Island in July
One year from June we are headed to upstate NY for our son's wedding and after the wedding we'll head up to Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

Ok,,, I'm totally jealous. We haven't had time to get out that much. One of these days though. I'm curious if you are still happy with the 23FB, after that many nights out. So far we still live ours, but haven't been past eight days in a row.

We've only been in it for weekends and long weekends so far. The trips coming up will be longer so I'll keep you posted on how we feel after that. (If we don't trade to something larger before that time). We retire in a year so we could make the change then.

We've been camping all over the South East in the 22FB and really like the layout. The 23FB FC will be just that much better.

Question. What size socket do I need to fit the stabilizer jacks on each corner? Is it 3/4 inch square?

On my 2017 23D, I have 15 inch wheels,

The socket I use is a 3/4 hex

I don't have the trailer yet, and it seems like I remember the stabilizer jacks had square shanks.

The Jacks, they are hex. I wasn't sure if the wheel size impacted the jack size or not.
