Welcome Uncle... Happy to hear you are "on the road" and enjoying your new 23! Check in often so those of us who are stuck at home can polish up our jealousy skills.

Be happy, healthy, and safe.

Oh, I think I broke the code: it's your new potty ... You're going to love it.

Was my clue too subtle?

Had to store the new 23d (who has been ordained "The Aluminum Tent 3"--there is some meaning there, actually) in a friend's storage facility (which I don't have access to) because my 23FB is in my storage unit awaiting sale--it should be gone this weekend though!

So next week will be initial project week, as along with this shiny porcelain, I should also have received my EasyStart, PD4655 converter/charger, and my Centramatics balancers. Have to sit on my hands I'm so excited to get started, now that I can confidently *say* I've settled on my long-term Airstream (3rd one in 2 1/2 years)

I just got the trailer, but will have them balance the wheels when I get my metal valve stems installed for my TPMS in a week or two.

Thanks a bunch, I will! Hoping it fits, quite frankly I didn't even measure, figuring if it fit your 2014 23d, it should fit mine. I sure hope for whatever reason someone at the factory didn't decide to put my black tank drain hole further back and have to mount the toilet closer to the wall! Hopefully not, assuming that the black tanks all come in to the factory with hole already drilled...I hope!

It will go. I had approx 1” gap behind my stock thedford toilet. The new one you will need to put some small clear bumpers to prevent rubbing on inside wall.
Also you will have to change the cutoff valve and supply line hook up.
I bought a “Shark Bite” supply line from the orange box store.

Wow, can you make it any easier for me?? So sharkbite is ok with the rocking and rolling of a travel trailer? Obviously so, if you used it!

Mine supposedly has the sprayer attachment (the order indicated toilet plus sprayer, though I was dubious for the $204 price tag, the sprayer is a $45 or so upgrade everywhere else, on top of $216 for the toilet) that I may or may not use. Have you found yours cleans well without the sprayer with the improved flush pattern (and I am adept at building the good old TP 'nest' in the bowl )? One less thing to leak is always good with me. Anyway I'll get the new trailer here and open up the box and see what I got...and if the sprayer option requires any different connection hardware, should I decide to install it.

Cleans great. The 360 flush is just like a residential bowl. We don’t have the sprayer on ours. If we need a sprayer we use the shower head.

Ingenious. That never even occurred to me with my 23FB.

I just opened the box...toilet I got has the sprayer attachment already installed, and the valve on the back of the toilet has two outlets, for the flush and for the sprayer. So I guess I have a sprayer whether I want it or not. Thanks again for your help on this.

The skylight is a MUST. The reduced heat transfer alone is worth it. And the Quality is second to none.

Haha that's awesome! We can't help ourselves, can we? Where did you order it? The best deal I could find was from this online place called Dyers RV, $205.98, not tax, including spray assembly with free delivery. Ordered it May 8 and it was here today. I won't have my trailer here till Sunday probably, so you will probably beat me to the install. Let us know how it goes!

Wait. What? New skylight? Dare I ask? Just looked at them on Maxim's site. What's the skinny? That needs to go on my list?

By the way...this is Page 100 for this thread ...great to see such an active bunch!
