'Null" in the ad

Got a question for the forum.
On the AirstreamClassified.com site is sometimes come across adds with the word, 'NULL', either in the title of the ad or the desc.
Any reason??

Yes, it means that the the poster either left a field blank in the ad submittal form or that they entered some non-standard text in a field.

Irritating. If you're trying to sell, check your responses dumby!
