Looking at a 2015 30 f/c with some problems

Hello all, my wife and I are looking at a new 30 foot 2015 flying cloud with the sofa and queen bed. At the dealer we found the drop down dinette was put in wrong and had to be disassembled and moved to allow the table to convert into a bed. Before we finalize the deal we are wondering if there are any potential problems down the road with moving the furniture? Things like any holes that can cause rot in the floor, or any other problems we don't know about. This is our first airstream and want it to be right so we want to know what to look for.
