HELP! Dinette table seems stuck!

Hi all! We just took ownership of a 2011 Bambi Sport 22FB. Brought her home all the way from Texas with the table up. It was supposed to be put done in the sleep position and no matter what we do (both locks open, closed, one each way) it won't budge. The instructions are vague, says lift table up off pedestal then remove pedestal from floor, no pics. Can anybody help?

My husband figured it out
The owners manual is completely Wrong!
The table top does NOT get removed
The two clamps on the pedestal need to be opened and then you push the entire table unit down until it touches the lower seating unit.
Teaches me to not read the owners manual.
Hey Airstream why not include an addendum to your owners manual with new trailers?

Your 22 sport has a unique pedestal - most other units are attached to the wall and use a big staple shaped brace to move up and down.

Glad you figured yours out. The nicest thing about yours is that the table height is adjustable. If you work on a computer or use a sewing machine, set it to 26-29 inches depending on your comfort height. for dining 30 to 31 inches works nicely. If you want to use it as a coffee table and do puzzles or play checkers, go down to 24 inches. SO KEWL!

That sounds so useful! I wish ours were like that.
