I have noticed that many Airstreams have poor rear lights and reflectors.
Last year I added DOT Conspicuity tape to my trailer, four pieces on the back bumper and three on each side.
The recalled trailers have very little reflector other than the license plate.

I had some extra material from a Motorcylce reflection kit that I got a few years ago. Google Black 3M reflective tape. you should get a few hits or just visit the Touring Motorcylce sites. It's been used for some time to add a clean rear and side reflectors for any bike or helmet. I used a round punch to appear as holes/rivets...
After seeing the photo with no lights on, I think I'll add a bit of red to the back-end.
