28 foot Flying Cloud pantry?

I am upgrading from 25 Safari SS to 28 ft. FC (rear bed ) The 2000 Safari SS had a nice slide out pantry. My question to 28 ft FC owners is "how do you deal with no pantry?

Rick Perryman lives in Hot Springs Village, I believe, and has a FC 28.

Maybe you can look him up.

Simple Solution

The easiest way to deal with no pantry in the 28's is to buy a 30 - nice big pantry, plus more counterspace and more under counter storage!

Yeah really. I have been looking at a 2010 FC 30. Everything about the floor plan makes more sense considering I am a workamper for 5 or 6 months each year. Tow vehicle is not an issue, but I am concerned about maneuvering. I found your reply interesting considering you have a 28.

Nice catch

Yes, we have the 28 International, and interesting enough bought it after having a 2005 25 Safari SS.

We are seriously considering the 30 International as we spend 8-9 months a year travelling. I don't think the manoeuvrability will be an issue going from 28 to 30. Just a little tighter in some spots.

Good luck in your search.

Go 30. you have a nice pull out pantry with spice shelves (can add more if you like) and look what you can do with the wardrobe.
