Our trailer was in for service and was ( somehow ) damaged. Dealer was honorable and reported it to us. Said they would repair it. Pics are the trailer new Left Side and then the Left Side now damaged.

Do they have to take the entire side off?

I this something Jackson Center should be doing? Or can a certified Airstream dealer do a factory quality job.

To say were not worried is a understatement

The entire side sheet will need to be replaced. Some dealers are able to do a very good job at replacing side sheets.

No doubt in my mind- Jackson Center. You won’t have to worry about the repair being done correctly.

First, sorry to see this. What a hassle. And damaged at a dealership. Sigh.

They will remove the whole lower side panel...from under the belt line at the top, to the rear and front where the panel meets those segments.
There are dealers that have perfectly capable panel repair techs, and you won't be able to tell it was ever damaged. Then there are dealers that don't have very capable guys. Maybe fish around and see if they have any others in for repairs that you can see the work, or some referrals. Is it an Airstream dealer, or a dealer who sells a lot of white boxes and a few Airstreams? I'd prefer a full-time Airstream Dealer, where there is more likely a guy who spend most of his days doing Airstream panel repairs.

Jackson Center would be my first choice, but it's a haul from Florida, and they'll need it for a few days.
