I think you could get a lot more for it if you cleaned up the stream and mowed the grass.

Cosmo, can't we just spend a day digging up some dirt, knocking over a few trees, and dumping our tanks into the ditch??? throw in our trash from home, we've got an exact duplicate.....Ok Ok, I'll pitch in eleven dollars...but that's my highest offer.

Bobby has been here longer than most, unfortunately for him, his wife, and his Airstream he was called to help for a while in the Middle east so has been gone close to a year.

He is back safe and sound so keep an eye out. His sense of humor is legendary
