Wanted: Vent fan motor

One of the two, 12 volt, vent fan motors in my '67 Overlander burned up, and I plan to replace it. The only new one I have seen costs over $50.

Does anyone have a used one for sale, or know where I can buy a new one for a lot less than $50?

I have some form a 76 and a 78. I don't know if they cross into a 67 though......... Looking to get $15.00 each plus freight.

You have discovered one of the reasons that I had both of the original vent fans in my '64 Overlander replaced with Fantastic Vent Fans - - the cost of the replacement motors along with the fact that they move so little air for as much noise as they produce. The Fantastic vents are not cheap, but it is an entirely new assembly with a quiet, powerful fan. When the motors started causing problems in my Overlander the installed cost of a replacement motor was nearly $100 just a bit less than 1/2 the cost of the Fantastic Vent installed at that time. Your price sounds fair. Below, there are [hopefully] a couple of jpegs showing general dimensions. The shaft size is 1/4 inch; Distance between attachment threads is 2-5/16 inches. Do your motors look like my pictures?
