Look at the carpet next to the door. Looks like a large water stain. Figure you'll be repairing some floor.

It also looks like the axles are history.

The metal damage is to the right front, not the left front.

The awning is also damaged.

Seems to list a bit to curbside, based on indoor and outdoor pics. Sounds like Dad lived in it while it sat in one place, ground sloped away from streetside, killing the curbside torsion rubber to a more severe degree than the streetside rubber. Not much that isn't in need of help on this trailer.

The good news is that by sitting rather than rolling all this time on bad axles there may be no rear sag. So maybe if the person who ends up owning this Beatrice baby gets new axles and balanced running rear right away, they might have a careworn old Sovereign that isn't quite so bad after all?

Ouch! I wish he would use black text. Red makes my eyeballs hurt.

I thought this was cute:

It has a dent in lower left front on bottom witch was there when we bought it.

I guess that mean it wasn't his fault, so don't try to knock the price down!

What fun!
I hope he gets a good price for it.

What do y'all think this trailer is worth? In a related but not identical question, what do you think it will be bid to on e-bay?

I will hazard a couple of of purely speculative predictions. I think bidding will top out in the 2600-2900 range, which I think will not meet the reserve. I guess the reserve is set only a couple of hundred dollars below the buy-it-now price, at most. It may even be bumped up to just a few dollars less.

In other words, the seller in effect has a fixed price in mind, which is somewhat above the amount buyers are eager to pay.

Hi - Thanks for listing it in the forums classifieds section as well - be patient, someone will give it a good home.

You know I'm curious if it has any rear end seperation....

As for what it's worth, my take would be whatever someone is willing to pay. 3-4 years ago, you might have been able to pick it up for a few thousand.....but some person on eBay with an estrogen or testosterone surplus will bid it up to at least $5k and most likely put another $5k into it at the low end.... to me it's not worth more than a grand or two given it does look like it need axles, awning, some interior fixes...namely a new fridge.....

Well, that went faster and for more than I thought. it would. It actually pleases me because it tends to show prices on older coaches with some issues are rising over a year or two ago.

That in spite of the upward trend in fuel prices which will make travelling with them (and everyday driving of the TVs they require) quite a bit more expensive.
