Wanted 25-30' trailer

Looking for travel trailer in Washington/Oregon area. Prefer something 90 or newer, clean and ready to go. Will pay market $. Would consider fully reconditioned older model if in mint condition. I am ready to buy and frustrated by the lack of used Airstreams! I would consider going farther to secure a good trailer; Montana, Idaho, or northern California are within driving distance. Does this provide any options?

I am located in the Seattle WA area, and have a 1996 31 Excella 1000 in near perfect condition for sale. It has about 7-8k miles on it and has had minimal use overall.

I also have the tow vehicle for sale - 2001 Ford Excursion Limited V-10.
