value of a pacer

does anyone know how much a pacer goes for? the one i am looking at is 4500. one tear in the skin but a panel to replace it, no commode, no roof vent, kitchen appliances work, but the inside needs total restoration. is that a good price? i am new to the airstream purchase and prices seem to fluctuate wherever I look. Thanks!

A good starting point would be to refer to the "Price Vs. Condition" page at the link below. The information there provides some good guidelines for inspection as well as in determining the price/value of a particular unit.
