sold - -'65 Safari $5,000 - Puyallup, WA

UPDATE - trailer is sold!

Here are pertinent details -

1965 Safari LandYacht - 22 1/2' $5,000

I absolutely love what owner has done with this one.

Has a red and black bear-themed interior - Black door on fridge, black microwave. Black and white (checkerboard??) linoleum in front of door (covered with carpet throughout rest of trailer).

Trailer has red curtains (bear design) and twin-size quilts of red and black with bear sillouettes.

Has two twin beds streetside. Bathroom in rear with tub/shower.

About a month ago the axle bearings were repacked.

The exterior needs to be polished and has perfect skin except for a dent on the top at the rear (curbside - unknown how it happened - maybe tree limb - whether falling or backed into). But no leaks anywhere.

Has 2 propane tanks. Possible problem with inverter but not sure - always had it hooked up to electric.

Has like-new RV cover and new battery.

Owner does not have internet access so we said we would post this on the Airstream boards.

See the photos -

If you would like the phone number email me at spclmomof5@aol.com or through private message.

If you have any questions about a specific part on the trailer hubby would be glad to check it out for you.

Smile The trailer is sold

The owner just came by and told me the trailer has been sold - a lucky couple from Montana are the proud new owners.
