How much to ask for my 78 Argosy for sale?

I'm a noob here so please bare with my stating what may be the obvious about my bus.

I've decided to sell the family motorhome. It's an excellent running and looking 1978 Argosy. It has the twin bed setup towards the back with the rear bathroom in the very back. It's on the P30 chassis and has disk brakes and airbags all the way around. It has Zip-Dee awnings that are in great shape, a working 4,000 watt generator, new brakes, very recent carb rebuild, very good tires, runs and drives like a dream with only 86,000 miles, and has an outstanding history of all records.

It has no real issues anywhere on the bus, other than it could use a set of hubcaps to pretty the wheels up a bit.

I'd like your opinions on how much, realistically, you guys think I should be able to get for it.

We have loved camping in it the past few years, but it only sleeps 4 and our 3rd child will be here in the spring.

Just so you guys know, we'll probably replace it with an airstream camper since I find myself hooked on the comfort, style, uniqueness, and outstanding quality this bus has provided us over the past few years.

Pleas elet me know what you think.

Thanks,
John
