I have a 24' excella 1979 I want to sell it. It has new pergo floor, microwave and small refer are 110 only and replace the stove. original refrigerator space is now a computer work station. 6 months on new front brakes, calipars, shocks, tires, in dash AC needs work. roof air works and furnace my need some work, I have a catalitic heater.

I have spent much time cleaning up the outside window trim paint, and all blue stripe and lettering has been nicely painted original colors.

This twentyfour footer is a hard one to come by, the engine is strong, cruise 65-70? whatever, leaks a bit of oil 100k miles. if anyone you know of is intrested I can come up with some pictures.

One of the reasons I posted here is because I am not sure, I paid 10K for it and have put tons of work into it, as well as money that one knows he won't get back.

I was thinking somewhere between 12K and 15K what do you think?
