I' a newbie and have just been contacted by a seller with a 19' Avion being offered a $3250. I have send them a few questions and now I'm waiting for photos and more information. I really believe for my wife and I a 22' - 25' Safari/Overlander is a better size for part-time use, 1-2 months through spring - fall, no winter stuff. Any advice? What can anyone tell me about a 19" Avion?

As far as I know, Avions are nice trailers. Whether a 19' unit is big enough to live in for that long, I kinda doubt it, but that's just me.
Price and condition, who knows? I do know that the "Airstream" brand seems to make for an easier sale and more value than Avion, even though Avions are probably (flame away, folks!) just as nice.
Hey Jethro - would like to know more about you and your 6.7 Metre Argosy!!, if you don't mind. Where you from and where did you acquire your "new" baby? Did you want an Argosy? Notice that we too have a 6.7 Minuet? Post a reply to the "All Argosy" forum - someday soon we might pull together an all Argosy rally and you count too!!! Leigh Welcome
Hey Twitcher... what did you end up doing? I recently put money down on a 1957 Avion T-20. Going to pick her up early October. Would love to hook up with ya and talk trailers. We also have a gutted 1966 Airstream Tradewind. Just LOVE these silver beauties. My email is: fatcatmedia@yahoo.com Looking forward to it! God Bless, Roze
