A/S in Austin

Saw a 1993 23' Sovereign for sale just up the road. Looks to be in decent shape. The owner wants 14k for it, which I think is pretty steep, am I right? Needs proper curtains, some exterior plastics such as the stove exhaust vent, some tongue paint and the usual exterior detailing. Clearcoat looks OK and the inside looks clean, non-smoker.
